Shackleton is a technology advisory and development house. We work with founders and engineering leaders on the decisions that are expensive to get wrong — architecture, platform, procurement — and then stay on to ship the result.

Architecture and platform reviews, build-versus-buy, and the procurement that follows from it — compiling the RFP, scoring what comes back, and running due diligence on the vendor or the target before anyone signs.
